Service requirements
1. The customer who is under emergency condition must call 120 for urgent help.
2. The outpatient service time: 8:00am--17:30pm as working time. Please contact customer service number if you need extra help.
3. The outpatient services during weekend, whose price will be increased by 50%; the services happened during national legal holidays, their prices increased by 100%; Outpatient service will not be accepted at night.
4. Pickup service will be locally accepted within the 6 kilometers from the hospital, with which you will be extra charged according to 8 Yuan/km if being found farther.
5. The charge of outpatient service will be made according to the individual clinic within the day, and the service time is not longer than 4 hours.
6. This service must be made with appointment in advance before 12 o 'clock ahead of the day, before which registration and payment procedures should be finished as agreed.
7. Foreign customers will be charged with additional service of medical English interpretation (50%) if needed. The customer with commercial insurance requiring advance payment to the hospital,100 Yuan will be charged every limit of 2000 yuan paid).Other foreign languages require further negotiated by case.
8. Generally we will recommend you a suitable doctor based on the patient’s conditions and reality. It will be further discussed with if you are desired to order the doctor.
9. You won't be charged by our staff for any service directly, in addition to the registration, prepaid card, medical recorders, etc paid in advance.
10. Our engagement will be focused on online advice and face-to-face services happened to you. Your problem is suggested be transferred to the hospital for medical treatment, and we will not be responsible for the result of the treatment.
11. This service is only provided for the people with full civil liability. For the appointment successfully made will be recognized as having a complete civil capacity.
Risk Warning
1.Limited services: To the patients, who are known as mental and psychological diseases or special emergency, will not be accepted. You are also charged with 50% if ordered.
2. Family members accompanying: the whole process must be accompanied by family members being responsible for supervision during the whole period. If failed, some accidents happen in the process, we will not take the risk.
3. Acceptation, modification and cancelation of transaction: the successful payment made indicates that the order is accepted. The order is also allowable to be revised by calling the service center to modify the relevant services or change the time. The order is allowable to be cancelled before 12 o 'clock ahead of the day by yourself the corresponding functions, and the relevant fee will be returned to the customer’s accounts. If overdue unsubscribe or cancelled, or the service has been accepted, which is unable to unsubscribe, relevant expenses not be refund. If the customer center answered that the order became effective. If the user failed to see the doctor, who will be charged with 50% penalty due to breach of contract; Refund will be made to the account generally within three working days.
4. Irresistible risk: The customer understands and confirms that this service exists because of force majeure, a computer virus or hacker attacks, system is not stable, the customer location, customer shutdown as well as any other technologies, such as interruption of the Internet, communication lines or can not meet the requirement of the customer risk caused leading to the customer or a third party for any loss, we will not undertake any responsibility.
5. Variation of items: The customer understands and agrees that, due to the need of business development, we reserve unilaterally change all or part of the service on the service content, pause, the right to terminate or cancel, and the customer needs to take that risk.
6. Change of prices: Because of price factor and cost control, we may adjust the service prices as required; the customer should fully understand and make decision according to your real need.
7. Risk Warning: we solemnly warn the customers to carefully read "service notice", "risk warning" and other contents, considering risk independently. Once being used, indicates that you shall be deemed to have been fully understand and accept the associated risks.
8. Civilized service: During the process of service, the user should be with respect and civilized manner to communicate with our staff, any violation like a malicious slander, verbal aggression, personal attacks, we have the right to terminate the service, and the user has no right to ask for the refund.
